Model 3 indepedent auto repair

My tesla model 3 requires front bumper, AC unit, radiator, undercarriage, suspension and a few other parts that need to be repaired in the North NJ area. Local shops charge $50 or so labor per hour, Tesla authorized shops $125 an hour. I am unable to go through insurance, does anyone have any recommendations for shops in the North NJ area that can do it? Thank you
