Model 3 LR RWD picked up range in 2019.32.12.2 - Anyone else

I posted this on Reddit and everyone that stated they had any kind of change in range posted that they had a drop. I noticed a modest increase in my range and I'm wondering if I'm the only one. My car is a 2017 Long Range Rear Wheel Drive Model 3.

Previous 100% charge was 321 miles. Current 100% charge is 325.
Previous 90% charge was 285-287 miles. Current is 292-293
Previous 80% charge is unknown. Current is 258.

Did anyone else see a range increase with this update?

On the Canadian "design your Tesla" website, the standard range plus is now 402 kms, Previously it was 389 kms, if I'm remembering that correctly.

It's confusing really and it can't be accurate because it would equate to zero degradation which hasn't ever been my experience with any of my Teslas. It's also weird that the whole reason I checked this is because M3 owners were complaining of lower range on 32.12.2 and I went and found the opposite.
