Hi, I have two (driver/passenger) seatbelt extenders for a Model 3. I have a 2018, but I would assume all the Model 3s use the same version. They are in pristine condition. These are the black, 3" types found here:

The extenders serve two purposes. First, it brings the latch up higher so it's easier to reach when buckling and unbuckling. I found the seatbelt latches to be recessed too far for this old body. Second, use of these extenders will turn off the dreaded and incessant audio seatbelt warning. I don't recommend driving without your seatbelt, but sometimes you might need to for a short while.
