It's $55k if you subtract the destination fee and AC fee ($1380 total), so I think it still just qualifies..
To my reading of the program if you put a colour on the car other than white you are over the threshold
But on Tesla's order page they still say the SR + with colour qualifies.

You can put a color and even FSD
Vehicles are still eligible for the incentive even if delivery, freight and other fees (like vehicle colour, add-on accessories (e.g., a roof rack), options, and packages) push the actual purchase price over these set limits. As long as a vehicle (the year, make, model, and trim) appears on the list of eligible vehicles, an incentive can be provided. A “trim” is a preset package of equipment and finishes offered for a particular vehicle model (for example: base, sport, touring, etc.). A vehicle model can have multiple trim levels. Different trim levels will usually have different prices.

With Tesla now has updating price to $56,380 + $2600 for Red Multi-Coat paint it is now $59,269.46 after all fees before tax and if the iZev $5000 rebate no longer applies , no longer affordable for me.
Considering the iZev rebate after all fees I can afford the SR version as it is $49,168.46 ( difference of $10,101 ) than less $5000 brings it down to $44,168.46 before tax.

This is because the name "Standard Range Plus" was changed to Standard Range RWD. SR+ is no longer used to streamline the product names.
