Model 3 Sub Trunk Wet Moisture

I was detailing the car last week and my sub trunk carpet looks a bit wrinkley like it has gotten wet or moisture. I'll check later if it stops raining in NJ and I'll post a photo. I don't recall it looking like this at pickup. Had the car for 6+ months.

Just checking if anyone is witnessing this "feature"
 
I had the car rust proofed with in the first few days of ownership.
I was advised that there were some gaps at the rear fender joints from below.
They told me I might have water infiltration into the trunk & asked my permission to seal them before doing the treatment. I agreed.
 
I have a constantly moist sub-trunk, whether it is raining or not. The bag with the charging cord is always damp (or worse). I finally have started to speculate that it is because I leave the A/C on all the time in 95 degree weather, and it is condensation at the point where some warm air can get in and meet the climate conrol.
