Model 3 window tinting?

I am planning to get my windows tinted but am unsure what percentage to get. Ideally I would like to have 5% in the rear 3 windows and 20% in the front two window, but I am wary about how this would affect visibility at night and of course not complying with CA state tinting laws. Not sure how strict cops are around here but I've had a mix of a opinion from friends who have received fit-it tickets while others have had no citations for having dark tints.

To be on the safer side I was also thinking 20% in the back and 35% in the front. But love the aesthetics of dark windows on the black model 3.

If you have got your windows tinted, what percentage have you got/would recommend?

aesthetically....darker is better.
safety...40 in the front and 20 in the rear is a lot of what we install.

I just had our Model S done...it's still drying out right now:

Windshield: Rayno Platinum Air 7090 - 70%
Front windows: Rayno S9 - 50%
Rear/Back windows: Rayno S5 - 20%

Our car is white with a tan interior and I wanted a contrast from front to back windows to make the front window tint less obvious. I've never gotten a fix it ticket in my 22 years of car ownership and I hope to keep it that way.

I have 20% rear and 35% front. Visibility is bad at night because the auto dim mirrors. You can disconnect them though
