Model S 2022 wheel well noise

Hi all, I have a 2022 MSP. I have this noise coming from the area around the left driver side wheel well when I’m driving. It’s intermittent and I’ve taken it into the service center twice and couldn’t reproduce it. I got it on video the other day. This was when I was driving on a small road made of pavers so it was a little bumpy. Does anyone have any idea what this is or if it’s something I can further diagnose or fix myself? Video of noise
