This is very confusing. I chatted in with Tesla and asked the question about transferring Free Unlimited Supercharging to a new owner. They told me:
"It should transfer to the next owner as it's attached to the vehicle."

I then found more discussion in this forum: Free unlimited supercharging transfer?

I then found this link which had even more information, including how to check my vehicle details by looking at the HTML in the Tesla account page:
Tesla Free Supercharging (Unlimited): How to Check if You Have It!

According to the link above, the HTML should show one of:
SC00: No Supercharging
SC01: Unlimited Free Supercharging (no restriction)
SC04: Paid Supercharging
SC05: Unlimited Free Supercharging (but not transferable between owners)
SC06: Unlimited Free Supercharging (time-based, or time-bound)

I found SC05 for my car, which means free Supercharging will NOT transfer to the new owner.

Again, thank you for bringing this up. Maybe by chance free supercharging will transfer, but based on the above, I doubt it. I will update the specs of the car in my ad and also update the forum thread so others don't have to go through this.
