Can I leave a Tesla parked several days without losing much in the way of a charge? Going to the airport and planning on leaving it there for 4 days without charging it.

4 days will be no problem if you arrive with more than 50% charge. Makes sure to shut your doors completely.

Just be sure you turn off sentry mode.

4 days is not a problem. Turn of sentry and cabin overheat protection./ Also shut down the app on your phone and resist the urge to check on it until you get back. You'll probably lose 1-2% a day unless it's quite cold.

You lose 1% a day, maybe 3% if parked in a windy location in freezing weather. After a couple of days, the car drops into a deeper sleep unless you insist of connecting via the app to check the status of the car. I've left my Model S'es at the airport for 5 days at a time, with "always connected" ON (i.e. deep sleep disabled, only available on MCU1) and dual Blackvue dashcam running 24/7 off of the 12V supply, no problems.
