Model S differential

I was pulling around 100kmh when sudenly clunky noise started on 30-40kmh and was increasing with speed(faster-more frequency)
When i stopped car wouldn't move in reverse or drive. Only when I switched to towing mode.
Maybe important to mention is that my brother hit curb (lightly) sideways on that wheel 3-4 days before that.

Did anyone had anything similiar to this?

On 00:09 I left gas pedal, but scribbling sound continues.

"Lightly" drifting into a curb can cause some serious damage. If you shift into neutral, does the left axle spin?

The Model S has an open differential, rather than a limited-slip differential. Thus, power is transferred to the wheel with the least traction. So what you're experiencing there is normal.
