Model S is hogging upload bandwidth

Today I noticed my Model S is using 1Mbps of upload bandwidth, interfering with other services. I currently do not have QoS running, although plan to implement that in the long term.

I went into the car's privacy settings and turned off the permission to send video and road segment information. I then rebooted. It is still consuming high upload bandwidth.

There should be a setting for how fast it can upload stuff, so it can play fair with other devices in the home.

Maybe take it off WiFi, only connect when there's a (direct) value to you like an available software upgrade.

Yep. I imposed access controls except overnight.

You'd think it would be overnight anyways; this isn't mission-critical data.
