Just bought a tesla roof rack and inno 660 ski box, and while I am very pleased with the function, look and fit, the front cross beam is a little too high and causes the front of the box to sit up in very non-aerodynamic way. My thought is to slightly lower the front cross beam with shorter pads and I have already tested raising the back of the box up slightly by including a spacer in the clamp. So I would like to try grinding down the front pads but with a 'spare' set so I can play with the fit. Anyone know where I can get a set of these? Google has not provided any meaningful results.
The other option is to 3d print a set but that is likely going to be more expensive and potentially les reliable (depending on material).
