Model S Rack Ski Box angle fixes - need rack pads

Just bought a tesla roof rack and inno 660 ski box, and while I am very pleased with the function, look and fit, the front cross beam is a little too high and causes the front of the box to sit up in very non-aerodynamic way. My thought is to slightly lower the front cross beam with shorter pads and I have already tested raising the back of the box up slightly by including a spacer in the clamp. So I would like to try grinding down the front pads but with a 'spare' set so I can play with the fit. Anyone know where I can get a set of these? Google has not provided any meaningful results.

The other option is to 3d print a set but that is likely going to be more expensive and potentially les reliable (depending on material).

Any leads appreciated.

Any updates on this? I have the same exact issue with my Thule Roof Box as it is slanted upwards. I tried using styrofoam spacers under the cargobox to lift the rear up a little, but it wasn't safe because the clamps would loosen overtime.

Didn't find a great solution either. After many tests I found a wooden dowel that would sit inside the groove on the cross member. I found the camps secured it quite well and it provided the improved angle needed. It worked for a full season so far.

However I am still rather amazed the design didn't take this into account and am open to a better solution.

I was interested in your idea of shaving down the front pads, but wanted to also source a spare set. I can't seem to find it as a replacement part unless I buy a whole new set from tesla. Might just try to add some sort of rubber spacer under the rear pads somehow and see if that might help. Thanks for the reply!
