It's delivered directly to your local service center. You'll get an email when they are ready, and they'll mount it onto your car when you bring it in. From the seller side, they will write an email to Tesla authorizing that the wheels be mounted to your car.

It takes about 3 months from when you select the service center to the wheels be delivered and mounted to the car.

The wait could be shorter now though since the program is ending. At least this is what a rep from the referral department told me recently:
"I don't expect any issues with stock as we know how many orders there are and with the program having ended, can plan accordingly."
