It's delivered directly to your local service center. You'll get an email when they are ready, and they'll mount it onto your car when you bring it in. From the seller side, they will write an email to Tesla authorizing that the wheels be mounted to your car.

Hi Chrisan - Unfortunately, the manual release is mainly to open the door. It doesn't help for closing the door.

This is a picture. Basically, in the calibration mode, the falcon door swings out. I need the 2nd hinge (the hinge not connected to the car) to be able to bend to get the door unstuck.
