Model Y front parking sensor detached - can I fix it myself?

So a couple of days ago, someone in front of me at a junction reversed without looking and crashed into my car. Luckily it seems I have got off quite lightly with the bumper damage (mostly scratching and one or two chips but no massive denting/cracking). However, one of the front parking sensors was pushed back into the void behind the bumper (see photo) and is now stuck inside. So my parking sensors don't work at all (in-car says Park Assist is disabled). My closest Tesla repair shop is about 1.5 hours away and this seemingly isn't a mobile service job. Is there anything I can do to fix this myself or will it involve a lot of disassembly/specialist tools etc?
