Model Y not charging(alert: BMS_a029) after 800 miles drive.

Hello we got our model Y in December 2021.
This friday i got car from service center(some paint issue). While driving from service center, noticed an alert(BMS_a029) and not charging the car. And service center appointments are not available until next week.
But the current charging shows 180 miles.
If i wait for an appointment, the car battery may discharge to zero. Any suggestions..

By the way, i am charging at home with regular slow charging.

Drive to the service center as it seems like your High Voltage battery is bad. They should look at it right away.

Here is the update from SC team.
They ordered battery and it will take time to get.

Recent Model Y( Few cars ) having this battery issues.
My car can charge up to 50%.
I need to wait till Feb 4th, thats when they schedule my service appointnment.
