That’s not bad actually, My white (free paint) totaled $74,254.50 with all taxes/fees here in California, so $74k for Deep Blue Metallic (+$1k), no wait, isn’t bad.

I wouldn’t. I love my model Y. I just want to drive it. I’m at home with the family and I love them but I can feel the call from the garage. They say love conquers all but they never had a model Y in the garage.

Yeah there's a lot more to that story and they actually gave it back to the customer.

"On further questioning, Tesla customer support said that it’s been identifying a number of customers that have Autopilot having not actually paid for it. "

That case was a misunderstanding but there were actual cases of people having the feature even though it was never purchased, Tesla found out that it was a bug and corrected it and then people got upset. Some cases it was removed inadvertently and those seem to have been corrected.

I'm picking mine up tomorrow and if somebody offered me $82k, I would absolutely take it. I'd keep driving my 3 for a little bit longer while I wait with an extra $11k in my pocket.
