If not a subforum, how about enforcing a post format rule? It is time consuming and irritating to have to open each post to see basic information. I would purpose the following:

[STATE] - State of item for sale
[MODEL] - Model of vehicle
Listing information

Examples where this can be used:
[PA] [MODEL X] - Selling two OEM 20' Slipstream wheels

or

[FL] [MODEL S] - 21 inch Arachnid Tires and Rims for Sale

etc..

Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y with more coming. We need sub-forums and the ability to mark an item "SOLD" in the title, so that someone looking for something does not need to click on a link only to find it's for the wrong car and it has already been sold.
