Has anyone here used a Moki Door Step with their Tesla Model 3? I'm short and getting access to the pano roof to clean it is a pain. I can step on the door sills but there's not much room, it's too close without handholds and it's just not very stable.
Wondering how the Moki fits the Tesla? I don't want to damage the car. According to the manufacturer the strike loop can handle the weight:
"Per the Society of Automotive Engineers ("SAE") Document J839B: Passenger Car Side Door Latch System - Every vehicle door latch must be able to withstand a vertical force of 2500 pounds and a horizontal force of 2000 pounds without failure. Therefore, the Moki Door Step is guaranteed to support the weight of a person many times over."
Waddya think? Should I go for this or just get a detailer's step stool?
Thanks!
