Interesting edge case. Was driving about 35mph. Was coming up to an offset 4 corner left turn. Had to let the oncoming truck take his turn first. Right behind him was a guy on a riding lawn mower. Damn neared mowed him over. Oh and he did have a can in his hand. Wheres a cop when you need them???
