Must-have features in TX

Hi y'all - a first time poster and frequent "lurker" here!

I'm in the market for a CPO MS and wondering what all features are must have in TX - I'm based out of Houston so cold weather is not a real concern, as you can imagine. I'm looking at either a late 2015 or 2016 MS with under ~40K miles - hopefully there are some lease returns coming up in the next few months.

First off, here's what I think I'll need for sure -
75+
Dual motor
AP 1.0 at least
Premium upgrade package
Keyless entry
Power liftgate

And here's what I'm on the fence for -
UHF sound
Air suspension
Sub zero package
anything else?

Days like today show that while not entirely useful, subzero can make a trip more pleasant.

There are just enough steep curbs that I wonder how many scrapes the air suspension could have saved me.

I like the sub-zero. Even in Austin.

Air is mixed. I like the ride of coils. I'm afraid if air maintenance cost. But if like to not scrape in some driveways.
