It's an Aug 2016 build. I know statistically, past reliability is not an indicator of future reliability, but this car has given us very little trouble. A falcon wing door alignment noticed at pickup, and a third row seat stuck in the up position in 2016, are the only issues.What year is your X? We’ve been thinking of the ESA, or getting something new. Early when we first got out X, the FWD arm and sensor had to be replaced. Basically every component for one door and the middle spine components. I asked to look at the bill and it was over 8K. But things haven’t gone wrong since.
And yet, it is a Model X with so many components that can fail, and almost impossible to do DIY repairs.
