MY 7 Middle Row Seat Issue

I brought my MY7 in for service because the wider 2nd row seat has to be pushed all the way back before it can be tilted and raised for 3rd row access. This is not an issue with the smaller second row seat. SA mentioned that the actual seat needs to be replaced and ordered which can take up to 2 weeks the earliest. Any one else having the same issue?

My MY7 wider 2nd row seat wont move at all by the end of the first day of my delivery. The small section still works fine also. I have a service appointment for mine in a few days.

This is not how mine works. Slides forward just like the narrower seat.
