The second-row seat is jammed in the middle position because of a broken part, making it impossible to fold either forward or backward. Furthermore, the down levelers aren't operational. Is there a manual way to adjust the seat position? Tesla has indicated that the required replacement part won't be accessible for 45 days, and I prefer not to leave the seat folded in the middle until Tesla fixes it.

I wonder how hard it is to remove the black cover from the rear of the seat. (Probably easy.)
I also wonder if you have access to the seat mechanism with that removed and if you might be able to straighten and regain use of the seat again.

Model X second row bench stuck half folded
This happened to my lemon 2023 MX. Seat was replaced. Happened again a few months later. Never tried to get it fixed again because the car had devolved in other ways that made driving it unsafe. It was lemoned after 9 months.

There is a fix here, but I wouldn't recommend it since you're still under warranty.
