My keycards and phone are recognized as unknown

MY 2 keycards and phone are recognized as unknown, i cannot use the keyless go future.
do somebody had same ? in Belgium only 2 cars are known with this problem.

@XavierPapillon it sounds like you should probably call Tesla roadside assistance. Based on this page Roadside Assistance | Tesla Support, it looks like the phone number for Belgium is Local: 03 808 17 82
