My Service Story (Not too shabby)

I bought a Model S 75D from a guy in Tennessee (I'm in Michigan) He only could find one key fob at the time, but came through and found one online that he sent me. I also bought one online because it took him a while to ship. I made an appointment to have the two new fobs programmed, waited a week for my mobile service appointment, and was given a bill for $18.50. The tech was here for half an hour, answered some questions I had, programmed two keys and only charged me $18.50. I am delighted.
