The software says up to date but I get the messages on the attached photos, any ideas?

Maps are on an SD card, it probably failed.

I had the same problem. Tesla fixed it remotely by partitioning and formatting the map storage while the car was in my garage with a good WiFi connection. They then triggered a map download. That was in early January and so far no more map problems.
