Autopilot not working

All of a sudden my autopilot is giving an error message and says it is temporarily unavailable, I recalibrated the cameras and have Tesla coming out next week to take a look.

Any idea what it could be?

Yeah you mean hold them both down and reboot? I did that still not working

After you initiated the camera recalibration, did it complete the process? There should be an indicator while the calibration takes place. You have to drive a certain distance to complete the process, but the distance depends on the type of roads you drive on. Interstates work best.

That would only disable Autopilot for the current trip.

I assumed that the OP lost AP and never got it back, since they recalibrated and made a service appointment. If they haven’t driven since that trip, then you might be right.

Update, I took it into Tesla and a couple days later got it back with everything working

Never got to talk to anyone to find out what it was but it works great now

No idea if this was your issue or not but 12-18 months ago one of the software updates had a bug which caused the car to think a door was ajar, disabling AP & TACC
