Need advice buying new vs Inventory Model S

I took the delivery of the inventory MS 100D this afternoon. It has 5200 miles. The paint is nearly perfect. There are scuff marks on the bottom of the car's bumper and at the driver's side door sill, which I don't really care because no one really goes down there and look at it. To me, these are just normal wear. The driver seat's vegan leather is also in perfect condition. Because it's an inventory car, I got a $10,900 discount.

I used the autopilot 2.5 on the way home and I found it to be just as good as my other MS 75D's autopilot 1.0. I lease the MS 75D in 2016 and so far it has not given me any problem. Hopefully, this new 100D will be problem-free as well.

She's gorgeous. Congratulations!

I had a new inventory MS 100D scheduled for delivery yesterday at the Dallas Service Center. Took the 1 hour drive to Dallas and arrived on time only to be told my car is not at the Dallas Service Center but over a thousand miles away at another service center.

So far no new delivery date has been set and the Delivery Specialist is now MIA.

Anyone else ever experience this? The Dallas Service Center mentioned I was the second person that day this happened to.

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I was scheduled to pick up that red car 2 weeks ago. I even paid it in full 2 days prior to the original pick up date. A day before, I called and they said it was not here. They never called me... I always had to call them. Fortunately, the car arrived on Thursday and I picked it up yesterday.
