In the video he says it looks like UK just got the 82 kWh pack that we already get in US (and continental Europe). Previously UK had a 75 kWh pack rated for 374 miles WLTP.

389 miles is WLTP range which is much more optimistic than EPA range which is already much more optimistic than real world range.

Long story short, there’s no difference for US.
