New Rear Seat Emergency Exit

I took delivery of my 2022 MYLR 8/30/2022. It was built in Austin. In the rear door storage bin, there is a cover on the bottom with a distinctive bulge. Use this to pull up and remove the cover which exposes a red handle to pull to open the door in the event of a power failure. I have pics but not sure how to post here.

Figured it out.

You must have the new door trim as that emergency release was a new addition with the doors.

That looks like an improvement. Wrapping a plastic wire tie around it and letting it stick out when replacing the line will allow access without digging down into the storage area.
