New Tesla Hit with Only 200 Miles

I just picked up my new Tesla MYP and someone backed into me this weekend and took off. Luckily the damage was minor and only the black rubber on the bottom bumper was damaged. Does anyone know where to order Tesla parts? I think I can probably replace this myself. I was so upset as I seem to have the worst luck with new cars. Something always seems to happen to me.

I believe you would need to open a service request on the Tesla app on your phone. Note the part number for the part or parts that you would like to purchase. Your local service center can advise.

Yeah, I was going to do that but I already have an outstanding service request. It kind of sucks that you can only have one service request at a time.

You can update an open service request. I believe you can attach up to 5 photos to a service request but maybe not after you have submitted the request. You should be able to update the service request with a list of the needed part(s).

When I tried this it then asked me to schedule a time so I cancelled it because I didn't want to mess up the other appointment. I will try to call and get through to someone tomorrow.

If you live anywhere near the Service Center just drive there and go into the parts department.
