New Tesla Model 3 questions

Apologies if these points have already been covered in another thread but I have two questions that I would appreciate an answer to. I take delivery of my new pearklm White model 3 tomorrow and wondered do they come with the battery already charged and also what cable should I expect with it?

afik UK supply the granny/mobile charger and a type 2 cable but that could have changed check on the UK sub-section
