No ETA for Lift Gate that is on back order

My model Y is at the body shop waiting on a new lift gate hatch, the body shop received a replacement that was defective and requested a new lift gate. Tesla response to the body shop was all the repair parts are on back orde, no ETA. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, 2 factories in America and no repair parts. I recommend not buying a TESLA. Customer Service treats you so bad. When you send an email to Tesla online orders you receive a canned message that Tesla might respond in five days.

I have had 3 break in 2 years. I hear you TESLA is the worst experience for customer service !!! check my post
