Just an FYI as I have been going through the process of lease assumption of my 2018 Model S P100D. Due to COVID-19 and most if not all state registration centers closed, Tesla Finance is not doing any lease assumptions. I have 5 interested "buyers", but cannot move forward until Tesla knows for certain the status of these registration facilities at the state level. It makes sense given they must qualify a buyer and running their credit with no knowledge of a closing date for the lease registration.
