No Real Time Traffic 42.2 (e44)

Apologies in advance, I searched I promise

Ever since v9 hit my June 2017 Production Model S I have no real time traffic info.

My maps are greyed out, but even if im in dead stop traffic I get no color change or suggestions to take another route.


Any ideas? I tried calling Tesla and was on hold for 45 min before I had enough on hold music....

I do not want to sound condescending, but: did you check that "traffic" is enabled in the maps?

@f205v good point. I did factory reset couple of weeks ago (in hope to get newer update than 32.4, but that doesn't matter) and traffic layer was turned off as default.

I get red lines, but the green is gone. That's supposed to be a "feature."

green is gone for good in V9.
Tesla ranger this morning confirmed to me that they are receiving a lot of complains about the "missing green", but he had no idea if it will come back in the future or not.
