No trunk or frunk on tesla screen

Just got my model Y. I have other Teslas. On the model Y screen there is no frunk open button nor a trunk open button. They're just not there where I have seen them in other cars and where they are to be expected.
Also, can't open the trunk using the button, I have to use the app. Not sure where this setting is. One thing that is strange with this model is that it doesn't show my username at the top of the right part of the screen. When I look at details by hitting the car on the bottom left my username shows up.
Wondering if somehow my profile is not right although there is only one profile on this car which is mine.

This sounds like you are in a valet mode or something. Check to ensure thats not enabled.
