Ordered a car, given a VIN and delivery date, nothing shows in my account

I was told the car was sitting in Costa Mesa and would be delivered to me on a specific day in early December, but all I see when I go to my account is a reservation number, trade-in info and cash due. Should I not see the VIN?

They have to match the vin to you. I am not sure what they have to do internally to match the vin to you, but if thats what has to happen. My owner advisor found a car when I was there, and was trying to get it matched to me, but was unable to. Turns out that he found out the next day that it had a cracked windshield, which is why their system was not letting him match it to me (and they found another vin).

If they told you that yesterday, give it a day or so, it should show up. It only shows up when you are 7 days out from what I have read here after binge reading about the topic. If your date is less more than 7 days out, wait till 7 days out and it should show up.

After I received my VIN, it showed up in my account only few days before my delivery. From VIN to delivery was about 3 weeks.
