104F is the (human) body temperature threshold at which heat stroke will occur. Not sure about dogs. Also, infants don't perspire and can become overheated when the ambient temperature is over 80F. Tesla COP with AC maintaining the passenger cabin temperature at or below 105F seems like a risk in the event a child or pet is inside the vehicle when 85F would be safer.
