Hi , I just received my Tesla 3 from a USA auction as salvage , it’s been fixed already and registered under my name in Amman, Jordan .
I need to delete previous owner account off of my Tesla .
Am unable to contact previous owner , I have no idea who he or she is ?
I need help to get any piece of information, mobile number, Email or any information.
Here is my vin. ( 5YJ3E1EB6NF117671 ) .

As a general practice, no need to put your full VIN number to ask any help or question. You need to connect with Tesla to transfer the car to your account/ as well as process to remove previous owners name.. Nobody here is going to give you someone else's personal information as we all respect privacy.

Am unable to get in contact with Tesla. !!
Am overseas in Amman Jordan.
I’ve attached some photos and documents as a proof of authentication along with the VIN . Hopping someone can help locating previous owner .

you will need to connect with Tesla office/location which is serving in your country. Tesla USA is not going to respond as you are not in USA and they cannot verify any records of ownership or transfer outside of USA.
