P3D+ spoiler in Canada

Probably won't happen till the summer as there's still fitment and adhesive issues with what's being installed down south.

Yeah, saw that. I was worried there for a moment... I got a $900 cheque from Tesla in the mail. Did not ask for any reimbursement other than the PUP which they paid me in January. So I wondered if the $900 was for the spoiler that they would have decided to forego given the challenges down south. The $900 had no mention of what it was for at all.

They're refunding you the QST/GST portion of the PUP refund.

Reviving this thread. Has anyone had news about their missing P3D+ spoiler?

Ok, funniest thing ever. Posted this last night. Today, I had a mobile service appointment at work to replace a dead key fob on my Model X. Tech showed up here at work... to install my Model 3 spoiler! Of course, that car was at home. Didn’t matter, the tech drove back to the service centre to grab a fob and came back to my work place to configure it. He then drove to my home where I opened the garage door remotely and he installed the spoiler. Sent me the attached. Looks great. Can’t wait to check it out tonight. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Tech was friendly, helpful and competent. Clearly went out of his way to serve me.

Congrats!

Can you take some pictures of the fit and flushness of the install?

Very cool! Congrats. Please do post pics. Did you get the badge too?

Hopefully this means mine is only a month out.

Here are more photos. Not the clearest (and shadow misleads you into thinking there is a gap, there isn’t or Barry) but the fit is extremely satisfactory. I’ll take some more tomorrow if I can in the daytime.

From reading all about the USA installs, it sounds like there’s better luck dropping in as they just keep saying there’s no spoilers if you book an appointment.

However, maybe the local service centre might be running a little smoother. Could be worth a shot.
