I found an excellent automotive shop to handle Pennsylvania State inspection, tire rotation etc for my Tesla Model 3 in Downingtown, PA, Rex Carle Automotive. Rex owns a Model 3 as well.

Yup, posted in the PA inspection thread a few months back. He's a great mechanic. I wouldn't goto anyone else in the area.

To funny when I was in PA I determined that the inspections were a mob racket to relieve people of their cash. Even new vehicles warranted hundreds if not thousands in repairs and the have you held hostage. It's quite a racket.
