Received my new Model 3 by home delivery in northwest Michigan with a paint blemish, “ dust bubble” on right front fender and a chip in passenger door paint on driver’s side. Directed to contact Tesla service in Cleveland, Ohio and they arranged to pick up my car and take it to Koenes Auto Body in Grand Rapids about 2.5 hrs south; also left me a loaner. My car was returned today and looks pristine! Hope no one in Michigan needs a body shop but highly recommend Koenes; they did excellent work.
