Panic!!! Rear Trunk dent

Please help...

This just happened. Rear trunk got dented right above camera. Cam also wont work while on rear. Should I go to tesla to fix this? or any body shop would be able to fix this? Any idea on what the cost would be? Please help?

Contact Tesla. They have a list of approved Tesla repair facilities. Of course you can go anywhere you feel comfortable, but my first choice would be to check with the Tesla authorized place first.

Sorry you got hit. Hurts with a new car. Do you know what material that trunk is made of. If aluminum you will want to go to a place set up to handle aluminum.

It may be that they will just want to replace that trunk with a new one instead of repairing the dent.

No. Im in MA. I checked the car again. no paint issues . Its just that dent is in a odd place

I'm sorry but PDR really can't get dents out of creases like that. Hopefully your deductible isn't too high, but they'd probably just replace the whole trunk. Looking at Tesla's list, I've heard good things about Hollis Auto Body in Ashland.

How is Hollis price wise. I have to pay this out of pocket. I have no proof who did this as this happ in a parking lot with no cameras
