Paramus dealer and service is great.

I'll start by saying I am not an employee of Tesla. I am a customer that lives near this dealer and have had several interactions with employees at this dealership. I just want to give everyone a heads up about a place that goes above and beyond. I have had nothing but great experiences here. They are courteous, fast and always eager to help. I have had Ryan Vanfleet as my service advisor numerous times and he's the best.

I just think we are quick to rant about bad experiences all the time. I just wanted to throw some good out there for the people that really stand out.

That's where I go every time. I've never had an issue and they've always been very helpful.

I just wish their property was bigger and more superchargers there.

Agreed, can’t compare to other SC’s but they’ve always been courteous and were great for deliveries.

Had FSD update in MS last week which took from 8am-6pm and they had no loaners, that was a bit of a bummer.

That's why SCs belong in the biggest mall in the state, like in Columbus Easton. No loaner, more shopping

+1 on sales experience for my MS. Very helpful, efficient and good communication with sales rep.

Would be nice if they "upgraded" the Keurig in the owners lounge to a more commercial one .
