park button not working

One key fob was odd, it would open doors but not allow starting the car. Replaced battery, didn't help.

Anyway key fobs now reprogrammed, thanks to Tesla mobile service, and hopefully all is good. Fingers crossed.

I have 2016 Model X.I have exactly the same problem of not able to park my car. Have tried all methods: open door, left driver seat, long press the park button, try power off. None works. Please help if any ideas ? The gear is able to move to R, D or N. But not Park ! Call Tesla, not help.
