Not entirely clear if it's OKC proper on the Norman location. Northside of OKC is fairly closer to an existing SC, has a shorter distance to the next-closest to the north, and the Ardmore to the South is longer, so this would close that somewhat. However it has a very large lot:

Norman seems tight for room (already has a Conoco) and on Rudy's site they refer to it as "Norman" so you'd think Rudy management types would call it that?
