PCM_MIA after software update to 2023.12.5

Hello,
I have 2019 M3 after update to 2023.12.5 car stopped driving and charging (was daily driver for 9 months no issues with charging always max(32) amp from home).
I was assuming that vcfront_a168_hcmShortTOVBAT was causing fails(error was randomly showing),resolved after headlight replacement but update still fails.
I tried software reinstall and did can redeploy several times, tesla re-pushed update on their end same errors car still doesn`t drive

Also i used to have those RCM errors could they cause update to fail and brick PCS(no airbags were deployed when i got the car)?
