PGE: How long from PTO to first NEM Bill?

I received my PTO from PGE on February 14th and I have yet to receive my first NEM bill from PGE. My PGE online account makes no mention of solar or NEM. I have called PGE monthly for the last 4+ months and they say my account notes I am on solar and everything looks good. It's just a delay from the billing department.

Have others experienced this long between PTO and NEM starting?

I think it's normal to receive two PG&E bills after PTO that are completely oblivious to the changes that should have taken place at PTO. The bills will be reversed and replacement bills issued in their place, Normally about 3 months after PTO. Four months is probably above average, but the solar department and related billing is probably very busy from the flood of changes due to the start of NEM 3 and all the people that applied for solar systems to get in under NEM 2. Don't worry, they will eventually send you the correct bills.
